CONCERNING GROUP TOURS

HOW TO BOOK ? :

As soon as you know which tour you would like to take, the day of your visit, how many people will be with you and the pick-up location, there are 2 ways to confirm your booking :
– You can select your travel date online on the calendar situated on the page of the group tour you want to take, and you will then be able to prepay your tour online through our Paybox safe online payment. In that case, the full amount will be charged on your credit card.

Or

– You can just give us your credit card information as a guarantee : number, expiry date and security code (the 3 digits on the back of your card). We accept Visa or MasterCard (No American Express). You can contact us by phone or fax, or by e-mail (please look up in “Contact”). In that case, there will be NO charge prior to the tour which you will pay directly to your guide on the day by cash (€) or by Visa or MasterCard.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

There will be no charge at all if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour. For any cancellation the day before or on the day of the tour, the total price of the tour will be charged via the guarantee. If you have prepaid your tour, and cancel it more than 48 hours before your tour, we will make a full refund.

Concerning the full-day tours :
Place de Québec or Bayeux train station at 8:30 a.m.(Except for the A-3 Late Start Tour : 9.30AM)
Pick up at hotels in Bayeux possible (on request) between 8:30 and 8.45 a.m (Except for the A-3 Late Start Tour)
Lunch break usually around 1 hour – Lunch not included

Concerning the half-day tours :
Place du Québec : at 8:30 a.m for the morning half-day tours / at 1 p.m for the afternoon half-day tours.
Bayeux train station : at 8:30 a.m for the morning half-day tours / at 1 p.m for the afternoon half-day tours.
Pick up at hotels in Bayeux on request for the afternoon tours between 1 and 1:15 p.m.
Entrance fees included in the museum programmed in the tour (with no guiding in the museum).

Our shared tours have a minimum of 4 participants requiered

CONCERNING THE PRIVATE TOURS

HOW TO BOOK ?

In order to confirm your reservation, we will ask for a non-refundable deposit (100 euros per full-day tour, 50 euros for a half-day tour and for a tour with a guide only), which will be deducted from the final invoice. In order to charge this guarantee, we will need your credit card number and its expiry date. We accept Visa and MasterCard, no American Express).

CANCELLATION POLICY :

There will be no charge except the deposit if you cancel at least 15 days prior to the first day of the tour.

But, if you cancel :
between 8 and 14 days before the first day of the tour, we will charge 25% of the total invoice.
between 3 and 7 days before the first day of the tour, we will charge 50% of the total invoice.
between 2 days before the first day of the tour and the 1st day of your tour, we will charge the total price of the final invoice.
