CONCERNING D-DAY TOURS :

HOW TO BOOK ? :

As soon as you know the tour you would like, the day of your visit, how many people will be with you and the pick up location, you can contact us by phone or fax, or via email (you will find this in 'Contact').

To confirm the reservation, we will need your credit card information (its number, its expiry date and the security code (the 3 last digits located in the back of your card) as a guarantee. We accept Visa card or Mastercard (No American Express). There will be no charge prior to the tour which you will pay directly to your guide on the day.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

There will be no charge at all if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour. For any cancellation the day before or on the day of the tour, the total price of the tour will be charged via the guarantee.

SPECIAL RATES :

For students with student cards and under 26 years old.
For children under 10 years old.

Concerning the full day tours :
• Place du Québec or Bayeux train station at 8:30 am.
• Pick up in hotels in Bayeux possible on request at 8:30 am.
• Pick up in hotels around Bayeux possible on full day tours only with an extra charge of 15 euros.
Concerning the half day tours :
• Place du Québec : at 8:30 am for the morning half day tours / at 1.15 pm for the afternoon half day tours.
• Bayeux train station : at 8:30 am for the morning half day tours / at 12.50 pm for the afternoon half day tours.
• Pick up in hotels in Bayeux on request at 8:30 am or 1.15 pm depending on the tour.

Museum entrance fees included (no guiding inside museum).

Free lunch not included – Lunch in Bayeux except for the tour E-1.

CONCERNING THE PRIVATE TOURS :

HOW TO BOOK ?

To confirm the reservation, we will ask you for a non-refundable deposit (100 euros for a full-day tour and more, 50 euros for a half-day tour and for the tours with a guide only), which will be deducted from the final invoice. To charge this guarantee, we will need your credit card number, its expiry date and the security code (the 3 last digits located in the back of your card. We accept Visa and Mastercard, no American Express).

CANCELLATION POLICY :

There will be no charge if you cancel at least 15 days prior to the first day of the tour.

But, if you cancel :
• between 8 and 14 days before the tour, we will charge 25% of the total invoice.
• between 3 and 7 days before the tour, we will charge 50% of the total invoice.
• between 2 days before the tour and the 1st day of your tour, we will charge the total price of the final invoice.
